Job summary

Wsne Consulting in Gurugram is seeking candidates for International Voice / Chat Process roles. You will handle calls from UK/US customers, process requests across phone, email, and chat, and maintain accurate records using MS Office. Collaboration with internal teams to meet AHT, SLA, and quality targets is essential.

Strong English communication and ability to multitask are required. Freshers are welcome; 24x7 shifts and night shifts are part of the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle international calls from UK/US customers and resolve queries.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle international calls from UK/US customers, providing exceptional customer service to resolve their queries and concerns.


• Process customer requests through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) in a timely and efficient manner.


• Utilize MS Office tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.


• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and elevate when necessary. Meet performance targets set by the company for AHT, Service Level Agreement (SLAs), and Quality Metrics.


• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language. Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.


• Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel).


• Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Undergraduate / Graduate candidate with Good English can apply.
