Hiring for Digital Marketing Executive Back

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with hands‑on experience Meta Ads and Google Ads. The candidate should understand campaign structure, audience targeting, ad performance metrics, and digital marketing fundamentals. Currently, we have 1 vacancy for the position of Digital Marketing Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Perform audience targeting including Custom Audience and Lookalike Audience
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations
• Support retargeting campaigns using Meta Pixel / tracking tools
• Manage daily and lifetime campaign budgets
• Understand and monitor ad learning phase performance
• Troubleshoot ad delivery issues
• Track and analyze campaign metrics and conversions

Required Skills / Knowledge

• Understanding of Campaign, Ad Set, and Ad structure
• Knowledge of campaign objectives
• Basic knowledge of audience targeting
• Basic understanding of Pixel and Retargeting
• Knowledge of Learning Phase concept
• Understanding of Search, Display, and other campaign types
