Maven Marketing Agency in Pune, India, is seeking a Digital Marketing specialist with hands-on experience in Meta Ads to manage end-to-end campaigns across Campaign, Ad Set and Ad levels.

You will research audiences, create ad copies, test creatives, monitor metrics like CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, lead quality, and optimize based on performance. This role requires strong analytical skills and knowledge of lead forms, retargeting, placements, and reporting; experience in real estate marketing is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager.
• Experience with Lead Generation campaigns.
• Understanding of real estate marketing.
• Good understanding of Campaign Objectives, Lead Forms, Retargeting, Placements, Budget Optimization, A/B Testing, Campaign Scaling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand lead quality, not just lead quantity.

Responsabilités

• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, campaigns and lead forms.
• Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Identify poor-performing campaigns/ad sets and take corrective action.
• Maintain proper campaign structures, naming conventions and reporting.
• Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads Manager, targeting, placements and campaign optimization.
