Team Vertex Cosmos in Jaipur seeks a Customer Support Executive to manage international customer inquiries across calls, chats and emails. You will deliver fast, professional resolutions and support electronics-related concerns while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

The role requires strong English communication, good problem-solving, and a team-oriented approach. Undergraduate or graduate candidates are welcome; 5.5 days workweek with rotational shifts is offered.

Eligibility Criteria

• * Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply
• * Minimum 6 months of customer support/client servicing experience preferred
• * Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
