About the Role

We are looking for customer-focused, energetic and communication-savvy professionals to join our Customer Service team. The selected candidates will be responsible for interacting with customers through voice calls and chat, understanding their concerns, providing accurate information and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice calls and/or chat support.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Resolve complaints and issues professionally within defined timelines.
• Follow process guidelines, SOPs and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate customer and interaction records.
• Coordinate with internal teams wherever required for issue resolution.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience and professionalism while dealing with customers.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, AHT and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data-security guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
