Job summary

Samicron Precision Technologies (P) Ltd is seeking a skilled CNC-Service & Maintenance Engineer to handle installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of CNC machines at client sites.

The role involves diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control system issues, and troubleshooting Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi controllers. You will read electrical and mechanical drawings, perform alignment and calibration, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics engineering.
• Experience in CNC service or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test CNC machines at site.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Troubleshoot CNC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.).
• Conduct alignment, calibration, and accuracy checks.
• Maintain service records and prepare reports.
• Support production team in minimizing downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and service support.
• Ensure safety standards and maintenance procedures are followed.
