Job summary

Larsen & Toubro Limited is seeking a hands-on Maintenance & Repair specialist with expertise in CNC/NC systems, electrical maintenance, and safety standards to join our engineering team in India.

The role requires experience with FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi CNCs, SAP/ERP for material requisition, and TPM/5S practices, with a willingness to work in shifts and at height for crane maintenance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance of heavy-duty CNC/NC machines, utilities and substations.
• Experience with FANUC, Siemens and Mitsubishi CNC systems.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP for material requisition and indenting.
• Maintenance of material handling equipment and utilities equipment.
• Familiar with ISO, OHSAS, EMS and Kaizen/TPM/5S practices.
• Knowledge of electrical testing tools (multimeters, earth testers, megger).
• Willing to work in shifts and at height for crane maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance of heavy-duty CNC/NC machines, substations and utility equipment.
• Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Utilize SAP/ERP for material requisition and purchase indenting.
• Maintain material handling equipment like cranes, trolleys and forklifts.
• Adhere to ISO, OHSAS, EMS standards and Kaizen/TPM/5S practices.

Job Description

• Hands-on experience in the maintenance of heavy-duty CNC / NC machines Utility, Substation.
• Hands-on experience in the maintenance of FANUC, Siemens, and Mitsubishi CNC systems.
• Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance as per schedule.
• SAP / ERP knowledge for material requisition and purchase indent.
• Maintenance of material handling equipment like EOT & Wall travelling cranes, Transfer trolley, forklift, stackers etc.
• Maintenance of Utilities equipment like compressor, pneumatic and electrical grinders, welding machines etc.
• Good working Knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, EMS and best industry practices like Kaizen, TPM, 5S.
• Knowledge of electrical equipment such as multimeters, clamp meters, earth testers, and megger testers.
• Working in shift duty and work at height for maintenance of EOT and Wall mounted cranes.
