Job summary

Jana Small Finance Bank in Madhya Pradesh is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive account acquisitions and liabilities growth from branches and field activities. You will engage customers via cold calling, referrals, and campaigns to achieve targets and ensure smooth onboarding of new to bank customers.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in banking or insurance, willingness to travel locally, and owning a two-wheeler. Age limit is 30 years.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition of CASA & liabilities accounts from cold calling and market references.

• Meet liability acquisition targets by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones.
• Acquire new customers through channels like campaigns, branch walk-ins, referrals, industry bodies and associations.
• Achieve overall numbers and value targets as per scorecard.
• Ensure timely opening of accounts and smooth onboarding for NTB customers.

Job responsibilities

• Financial Responsibilities : Acquisition of CASA & liabilities a/c from cold calling, market reference.


• Non-Financial Responsibilities : Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities within a branch in order to grow the Liabilities business and achievement of sales targets.


• Ensure Liability acquisition targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base.


• Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels campaigns, branch walk ins, referrals from existing customers, through industry bodies and associations and through running industry


• Achieving overall numbers and value targets as per scorecard.


• Ensuring timely opening of accounts and giving smooth on boarding experience to NTB customers

Required Candidate profile
