Job summary

Jana Small Finance Bank in Madurai is seeking a branch-based sales professional to drive liabilities growth and acquire CASA accounts. You will engage customers through campaigns, branch walk-ins, referrals, and industry collaborations, aiming to meet targets and ensure a smooth onboarding for new-to-bank customers.

The role requires graduation, at least 1 year of sales experience in Banking or Insurance, local presence, and up to 28 years of age. Candidates with no employment gaps are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial Responsibilities: Acquisition of CASA and liabilities accounts from cold calling and market references.
• Non-Financial Responsibilities: Implement sales and marketing activities within a branch to grow liabilities and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure liability acquisition targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones.
• Acquire new customers through multiple channels: campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, industry bodies and associations, and industry programs.
• Achieve overall numbers and value targets as per scorecard.
• Ensure timely opening of accounts and smooth onboarding experience for NTB customers.

• Non-Financial Responsibilities : Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities within a branch in order to grow the Liabilities business and achievement of sales targets.
• Ensure Liability acquisition targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels campaigns, branch walk ins, referrals from existing customers, through industry bodies and associations and through running industry
• Achieving overall numbers and value targets as per scorecard.
• Ensuring timely opening of accounts and giving smooth on boarding experience to NTB customers
