Job summary

Jana Small Finance Bank Limited in Raipur invites applications for a Business Development Executive & Relationship Manager - Current Account. The role focuses on expanding CASA liabilities through branch activities, field outreach and targeted campaigns.

The incumbent will drive liability growth, ensure timely opening of accounts for NTB customers, and achieve sales targets with 2–3 years of current account experience. Two-wheeler is mandatory for field work, age up to 35.

Qualifications

• Two wheeler is mandatory for field work.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales in Banking or Insurance.
• Age limit 35 years.
• No employment gap.
• Applicable for both Male/Female candidates.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition of CASA & liabilities a/c from cold calling, market reference.
• Implementing sales and marketing activities within a branch to grow Liabilities business and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure Liability acquisition targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base.
• Acquiring new customers through multiple channels campaigns, branch walk ins, referrals from existing customers, through industry bodies and associations and through running industry
• Achieving overall numbers and value targets as per scorecard.
• Ensuring timely opening of accounts and giving smooth on boarding experience to NTB customers
• Experience in 2-3 yrs in Current account segments.
