Job summary

Jana Small Finance Bank in India invites applications for a Business Development Executive to drive branch Liabilities sales and expand the customer base. The role involves acquiring CASA & liabilities accounts, implementing sales and marketing activities within the branch, and achieving sales targets as per the scorecard.

You will build new relationships, leverage existing ones, and ensure timely onboarding for NTB customers, including through campaigns, branch walk-ins, referrals, and industry

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience in Banking or Insurance.
• Own a two-wheeler.
• Open to both genders, age up to 35 years.

Responsibilities

• Financial Responsibilities: Acquisition of CASA & liabilities accounts from cold calling, market reference.
• Non-Financial Responsibilities: Implementing sales and marketing activities within a branch to grow the Liabilities business and achieve targets.
• Ensure liability acquisition targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base.
• Acquire new customers through multiple channels: campaigns, branch walk-ins, referrals from existing customers, industry bodies and associations.
• Achieve overall numbers and value targets as per scorecard.
• Ensure timely opening of accounts and smooth onboarding experience to NTB customers.

• Non-Financial Responsibilities : Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities within a branch in order to grow the Liabilities business and achievement of sales targets.
• Ensure Liability acquisition targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels campaigns, branch walk ins, referrals from existing customers, through industry bodies and associations and through running industry
• Achieving overall numbers and value targets as per scorecard.
• Ensuring timely opening of accounts and giving smooth on boarding experience to NTB customers

Required Candidate profile

• Applicable for both Male/Female candidates
• Two wheeler must.
• Minimum 1 yr experience in sales in Banking or Insurance
• Age limit 35yrs.
