METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Data Mining Associate in Mumbai to identify, collect, validate, and maintain high-quality prospect and customer data for sales and marketing purposes. The role involves researching potential customers, compiling databases, and ensuring data integrity across CRM systems.

You will perform data cleansing, de-duplication, enrichment, and verification, while maintaining compliance with data privacy regulations and timely submission of MIS/reports to local management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of data mining, lead generation, or market research preferred.
• Strong Excel, internet research, and data validation skills essential.

Responsabilités

• Identify, collect, validate, and maintain high-quality prospect and customer data to support lead generation, sales, and marketing.
• Research potential customers and decision-makers from various sources; compile accurate databases.
• Perform data cleansing, deduplication, enrichment, and verification to ensure data quality.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Submit MIS/reports/data to local management in a timely manner.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• The Data Mining Associate will be responsible for identifying, collecting, validating, and maintaining high-quality prospect and customer data to support lead generation, sales, and marketing activities.
• Research and identify potential customers, companies, and decision-makers from various online and offline sources (desk research, phone calls, etc) Collect, compile, validate, and maintain accurate customer and prospect databases.
• Perform data cleansing, de-duplication, enrichment, and verification activities to ensure data quality. Support marketing and sales teams with targeted data for campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer and prospect information. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable data privacy regulations.
• Timely submission of MIS/reports/Data to local management.

What You Need to Succeed

• Qualifications and Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Diploma in Database Management from a reputed institute or a related field 1-3 years of experience in data mining, lead generation, market research, or database management is an added advantage.
• Overall and Specific Experience: "Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis functions). Strong internet research and data validation skills. Use of CRM software is an added advantage, Good English, Good communication & listening skills. Having previous calling experience is an added advantage"
