Job summary

2coms is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Training to lead QSR training across multiple outlets in and around Kolkata. You will run induction, refresher and on-the-job programs to ensure SOP compliance, service standards and food safety.

You will develop content, assess performance and coach managers and trainers, coordinating with Operations and HR to plan trainings and assist new outlet openings.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in QSR training, with a minimum of 3 years.
• Experience in QSR / Food & Beverage industry is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel across outlets for training, assessments and audits.
• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, HR, Training & Development, or related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct induction, onboarding, refresher and skill-development training.
• Train restaurant teams on QSR operations, SOPs, customer service, food safety, hygiene and product knowledge.
• Develop training content, manuals, presentations, assessments and SOP modules.
