Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Prepare training modules, manuals, and SOPs.
• Develop training plans and schedules for employees.
• Create SOPs covering processes from onboarding till Full & Final (F&F).
• Conduct induction and training sessions for staff.
• Coordinate with departments to identify training needs.
• Use AI tools wherever relevant to improve training and process efficiency.
• Maintain training records and documentation.

Required Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development.
• F&B industry, QSR Industry Training experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in both English and Hindi.
• Confident public speaker with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office, presentation tools, and AI-based work tools.
