2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Training for our Kolkata location. The role focuses on training restaurant teams in QSR operations, SOPs, customer service, food safety, hygiene, and product knowledge.

You will develop content, conduct inductions and on-the-job training across outlets, coordinate with Operations and HR, and support new openings and menu launches, coaching others along the way.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in QSR training.
• Experience in QSR / Food & Beverage industry.
• Willingness to travel across outlets for training.
• Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, HR, Training & Development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct induction, onboarding, refresher and skill-development training.
• Train restaurant teams on QSR operations, SOPs, customer service, food safety, hygiene and product knowledge.
• Develop training content, manuals, presentations, assessments and SOP modules.
• Conduct practical and on-the-job training across outlets.
• Identify training needs based on performance and operational gaps.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR and Outlet Managers for training schedules.
• Conduct skill assessments, training evaluations and outlet training audits.
• Support new outlet openings, menu launches and operational transitions.
• Coach managers, supervisors and internal trainers.

• Willingness to travel across outlets for training, assessments and audits.
