Exclusive Closer is hiring a Virtual Sales Closer to convert inbound leads into enrolments for an Entrepreneurship Development Programme. This remote role targets Malayalam-speaking professionals who can close high-ticket deals with travel-business owners.

You will manage discovery calls, present the programme, handle objections, and maintain CRM records while aiming to meet monthly targets and coordinate handovers with onboarding.

Qualificações

YOUR ROLE

• Connect with qualified inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Understand prospects' business goals, aspirations, financial readiness and expectations.
• Conduct structured discovery calls and online sales presentations.
• Explain the business opportunity, programme structure, investment and support system.
• Build trust and guide prospects through consultative sales conversations.
• Handle objections related to investment, trust, business readiness and execution.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage the complete sales pipeline.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate sales reporting.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with the onboarding team for a smooth customer handover.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3-7 years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven experience in high-ticket sales, consultative sales, inside sales, SaaS or business opportunity sales.
• Fluency in Malayalam and good professional English communication.
• Strong discovery, negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills.
• A proven track record of converting qualified leads into paying customers.
• Experience managing CRM systems and sales pipelines.
• Ability to independently manage sales conversations and consistently achieve targets.
• A consultative approach with the ability to build trust without being pushy.

COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL
