Qualifications

• 3–6 years Heat Treatment production experience desired.
• Understand basic ELS tools such as setup reduction and 5S.
• ERP experience is desirable.

What you’ll do:Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle andeMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of2027. Theposition is also responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and for continuously improving the worksystems through ELS and problem solving:Develop shop floor schedules to meet customer demand and plant goals. Key considerations include meetingcustomer on time delivery, maximizing efficiency and minimizing scrap.Hands on experience of All Heat Treat Equipment (SQF, Carburizing process for Gear manufacturing).Hands onexperience of Metallurgy inspection. Troubleshooting of HT processes.Basic gear machining knowledgeWilling to work in shifts.Shift manpower planning to meet organizational goals.Promote and sustain ELS disciplines and improvements. Ensure that standardized practices are followedwhere applicable. Knowledge of Quality management systems.Evaluate shop floor training needs (including cross training) and provide as needed.Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe work environment.Monitor performance of production personnel and identify improvement opportunities and implementcorrective actions as appropriate.Provide strong leadership to develop a participative and continuous improvement culture in the organization.Ensure that all regulatory standards and company policies are understood, supported and followed on theshop floor.Support implementation of key certification requirements – EBEA, ISO14001, EQS, IATF, MESHPerform any other duties as assigned.Develop shop floor schedules to meet customer demand and plant goals.
