What You’ll Do:

Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for healthcare and pharma roles on a daily basis.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create a strong pipeline of candidates.
Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
Stay up-to-date on certifications and qualification requirements for various healthcare and pharma positions.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Proven track record in healthcare recruitment, with expertise in pharma roles.
Skills:
Deep understanding of the healthcare and pharma sectors.
Familiarity with key certifications (e.g., HIPAA, BLS, RNs,LPNs,State Liscences certifications for pharma roles like GMP, GxP, and clinical research certifications).
Ability to quickly identify top candidates and serve at least one or two quality resumes daily.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle high-volume recruitment.
Knowledge of industry-specific requirements and regulations.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, ATS).
Ability to assess resumes and match candidates with the right opportunities.
