We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the interview process and extending offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruiting best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding top talent.

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers, and conducting reference checks.
Extend offers of employment and negotiate compensation packages.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
2 to 8 Years of experience.
Experience recruiting for Healthcare domain is an added advantage
Strong understanding of recruiting best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
