Job summary

Core Connect Hr Consultants in Bengaluru is seeking a senior telesales professional to lead and grow a dynamic inside sales team. The role focuses on building scalable processes, coaching team members, and optimizing lead conversion using CRM insights.

The candidate will drive performance, monitor pipelines, and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement in a busy consumer-facing environment. This is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of progressive experience in telesales / inside sales.
• Excellent communication, coaching, data interpretation skills.
• Experience in a retail, services, or consumer-facing environment preferred.
