Job summary

Swiss Garnier Life Sciences is seeking a seasoned SCM leader to develop and drive end-to-end supply chain strategy for pharmaceutical manufacturing, across multiple sites. You will lead S&OP, demand forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling to ensure uninterrupted API and raw material supply.

The role requires 18–25 years in pharma SCM, with a degree in engineering/pharmacy/operations and MBA/PGDM preferred. On-site Chennai-based position with global scope and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 18–25 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing/OSD/CDMO.
• Degree in Engineering/Pharmacy/Operations/Supply Chain; MBA/PGDM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP, demand forecasting, capacity planning and production scheduling.
• Ensure timely availability of APIs, excipients, packaging materials and other critical materials.
• Optimise RM/PM/WIP/FG inventory and working capital.
• Drive OTIF, plan adherence, customer service and supply-chain performance.
• Lead warehouse and logistics optimization and control supply-chain costs.
• Support new product launches, technology transfers and CDMO project execution.
• Identify supply risks and establish contingency/business continuity plans.
• Implement ERP/MRP, SCM analytics, dashboards and process improvements.
• Lead and develop SCM teams across Corporate Office and manufacturing locations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable GMP/GDP and company procedures.
