Job summary

Mavenbmc Faridabad seeks a Head SCM to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely availability of materials, optimized inventory, cost efficiency and seamless coordination across procurement, production, logistics and customer delivery.

The role requires 15+ years of SCM experience, preferably in automotive components, with strong procurement, planning, vendor management and logistics expertise to drive S&OP, KPI dashboards and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with advanced degree in supply chain/operations preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in SCM, preferably in automotive components, engineering, manufacturing or industrial products.
• Strong experience in procurement, planning, inventory, vendor management and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Inventory & Logistics operations.
• Develop SCM strategies aligned with business growth and manufacturing requirements.
• Drive S&OP, demand planning, material planning and production coordination.
• Optimize inventory levels, working capital and material availability.
• Strengthen vendor development, supplier performance and strategic sourcing.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost, quality and delivery objectives.
• Ensure timely inbound and outbound logistics and improve OTIF performance.
• Establish SCM MIS, KPIs, dashboards and performance reviews.
• Identify supply-chain risks and develop contingency plans.
• Lead and develop a high-performing SCM team.
• Drive ERP/MRP, automation, digital SCM and process improvements.
