Job summary

J Prime Group is seeking a Head Sourcing Manager (Real Estate) to lead the CP Sourcing function for our Panvel projects. You will head the sourcing team, expand the CP network, and drive business opportunities and sales targets.

The role requires 10+ years in real estate sales or CP sourcing, a strong network of brokers and consultants, and a proven track record of achieving targets. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Panvel, Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Channel Sales, CP Sourcing, or Business Development.
• Strong experience in team management and leadership.
• Established network of Channel Partners, brokers, and property consultants.
• Experience with a real estate developer preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Panvel/Navi Mumbai real estate market.
• Proven record of achieving sales and sourcing targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the CP Sourcing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Set team targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
• Develop and execute strategies for Channel Partner acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, property consultants, and Channel Partners.
• Expand the CP network across Panvel, Navi Mumbai, and nearby markets.
• Drive qualified leads, site visits, bookings, and business through the CP network.
• Identify and develop relationships with high-performing Channel Partners.
• Conduct CP meetings, project presentations, training, and partner engagement activities.
• Guide the team in generating new CP leads and activating inactive partners.
• Coordinate with Sales and Closing teams for lead follow-up and deal conversion.
• Track team performance, CP productivity, leads, site visits, conversions, and bookings.
• Monitor competitor projects, market trends, pricing, inventory, and CP activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing reports for management.
• Develop new sourcing strategies to improve project sales and market penetration.
