Job summary

Featherlite Collection is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end interior fit-out and modular furniture projects in Pune District, with responsibility for coordinating clients, architects, and construction teams. The role requires strong site execution skills and the ability to read drawings and BOQ.

The ideal candidate will manage timelines, costs, and quality, ensuring on-time handover and client satisfaction across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have relevant technical education as listed.
• Ability to interpret drawings, BOQ and specs.
• Experience in commercial interior fit-outs and modular furniture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete project lifecycle from handover to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete project lifecycle from project handover to final delivery and execution
• Plan, schedule, and monitor commercial modular interior projects
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Review project drawings, BOQ, specifications, and scope of work
• Ensure smooth execution of modular furniture and interior installation works
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage site activities, manpower planning, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams for material availability
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure work progress as per schedule
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions
• Ensure quality standards and safety practices are followed at site
• Track project costs, variations, and additional works
• Prepare project progress reports and update management regularly
• Handle client meetings, feedback, and issue resolution
• Ensure timely project handover and closure

Required Skills:

• Strong project management and site execution skills
• Good understanding of commercial interior projects
