Job summary

Afflatus Hr Services is seeking a seasoned Plant Operations leader to oversee overall plant operations, including Production, Planning, Stores and Manufacturing Engineering. You will drive efficiency, productivity, delivery and quality while managing CAPEX/OPEX and budgets.

Ideal candidate has 15-20+ years in manufacturing/operations, preferably in textile or industrial machinery, with hands-on SAP PP/MM experience and strong Lean Manufacturing expertise.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years of manufacturing/operations experience.
• Experience in textile machinery or industrial machinery.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP PP/MM; SAP S/4HANA will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
• Experience managing multi-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• MNC/international reporting exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall plant operations covering Production, Planning, Stores, Manufacturing Engineering and Logistics.

• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environment requirements.
• Lead and develop the plant team and coordinate with international/group stakeholders.
