Job summary

StorySideUp is sourcing a senior leadership role for a renowned luxury fashion house in New Delhi. The role covers end-to-end ownership of sales, profitability, clienteling for high-value customers, and store operations.

• 8–12+ years of leadership in luxury fashion retail or couture.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets while managing store operations and teams.
• Experience with HNI clients, trunk shows, and multi-location expansion is a plus.
• Strong commercial judgment and comfort with data, POS, CRM and inventory systems.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader willing to travel for events and expansion.

Hiring for a client which is a well-regarded contemporary luxury fashion house in New Delhi, known for its distinctive couture and exceptional craftsmanship.

The role reports to the Founder and leadership team, and it is a genuine end-to-end ownership role: you would be responsible for sales and profitability across stores and channels, client development and clienteling for high-value customers, store operations and SOPs, inventory and made-to-order fulfilment, and trunk shows and private events in India and international markets. You would also lead the expansion agenda (new stores, pop-ups, shop-in-shops and retail partnerships) and build a strong, well-trained team of store managers and sales associates.

Who we’re looking for:

• 8 to 12+ years in retail leadership, ideally in luxury fashion, designer wear, couture or premium apparel
• A proven record of hitting sales targets while running tight store operations, inventory and teams
• Experience with HNI clients, trunk shows, multi-location retail or expansion (a big plus)
• Strong commercial judgement and comfort with data, POS, CRM and inventory systems
• An entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who enjoys building as much as managing, and is open to travel for events and expansion
