Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in premium, luxury or high-end retail.
• Strong understanding of premium customer experience, retail operations and commercial performance.

• Candidates from premium retail brands with strong customer-centric and service-led environments are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to luxury retail or elevating a premium business towards luxury is an advantage.
• Experience in retail expansion, new store launches and business scaling would be preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of customer experience.
