Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a flagship store for a luxury home décor brand. The role will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing store operations, and building long‑term relationships with HNI and UHNI clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end store operations including sales, customer experience, VM, inventory, and compliance
• Drive revenue growth through high‑value sales, clienteling, and relationship management
• Manage and mentor a senior sales team, ensuring high performance and service standards
• Oversee luxury product presentation, store aesthetics, and brand storytelling
• Handle key HNI client interactions and customized design consultations
• Manage store budgets, targets, stock health, and operational costs
• Coordinate with central teams (merchandising, marketing, supply chain) for smooth operations

Candidate Profile
