Job summary

Michael Page is partnered to lead a permanent Senior Operations role in Bengaluru, focusing on end-to-end healthcare operations across private and government segments. You will manage Customer Success, Support, Field Service and Inventory & Logistics, driving strategy, KPI governance and scalable processes to support growth.

The successful candidate will have strong healthcare operations experience, a startup mindset, and proven leadership capable of building governance and performance systems

• Lead end-to-end operations across healthcare business segments.
• Manage Customer Success, Customer Support, Field Service, and Inventory & Logistics.

• Build and implement SOPs, escalation frameworks and scalable processes.
• Partner with Sales, Technology and Medical teams to align operations with growth.
• Oversee inventory management, field installations, service delivery and billing.
