Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned business leader with 20+ years of experience managing and scaling multi-location service businesses.

You will bring:

• Proven experience leading healthcare services, hospitals, diagnostics, retail healthcare, hospitality, or similar service-led businesses.
• Strong track record in business expansion, strategic partnerships, and asset-light growth models.
• Demonstrated success in building businesses across multiple geographies.
• Strong commercial acumen with hands‑on P&L ownership.
• Experience managing large and geographically diverse teams.
• Ability to engage effectively with promoters, senior stakeholders, and external partners.
• Prior exposure to promoter‑led or family‑managed organizations.
• Fluency in Malayalam.
• A balanced approach towards growth, profitability, and service quality.
