Job summary

Sambhrant Elite Infra Venture is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to oversee end-to-end business operations in Ahmedabad. You will drive process efficiency, ensure cross-functional coordination, and translate organizational goals into effective operational execution in a real estate context.

You will work with senior leadership to ensure smooth, scalable, and performance-driven operations, including HR, vendor management, CRM, budgeting, and strategic initiatives across departments.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure cross‑department coordination.
• Drive operational efficiency through SOPs, process improvement, automation and digital transformation.
• Monitor budgets, resources, project timelines and operational performance.
• Lead MIS and data‑driven reporting to support management decisions.
• Coordinate with department heads to align with organizational goals.
• Oversee real estate project operations from planning to completion.
• Manage vendors, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage escalations and implement timely resolutions.
• Lead CRM and operational systems implementation and ensure effective use.
• Oversee HR operations including recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination and compliance.
• Monitor team performance, develop talent and build a high-performing ops team.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive profitability improvements.
• Ensure service quality, compliance and consistent policy implementation.

• Ability to work independently, manage escalations, and drive organizational goals.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Operations, Business Management, HR, or a related specialization will be preferred.
