Job summary

People Tree Consultants in Mumbai (Nahur) seeks an hands-on Operations Manager to independently manage day-to-day operations, drive team productivity, improve processes, and ensure smooth execution across departments.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, oversee admin, vendors, IT projects, and legal/compliance tasks while coordinating with customers and government offices. MBA/PG preferred and extensive leadership experience in related sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall day-to-day business operations and ensure operational efficiency.

• Oversee administration, vendors, facilities, and office management.
• Coordinate accounts, billing, collections, payments, expenses, and receivables.
• Manage customer service, queries, complaints, and timely resolution.
• Coordinate IT projects, software implementation, automation, and external IT vendors.
• Oversee legal documentation, property registration, and coordination with legal teams.
• Supervise field teams involved in property and registration-related activities.
• Prepare and review MIS, operational reports, and performance data for management.
• Coordinate with customers, employees, government offices, legal professionals, and other stakeholders.
