Job summary

Vtransport in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee end-to-end 3PL supply chain and logistics activities on-site. You will manage warehousing, transportation, distribution, and inventory to ensure service levels and customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on developing SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, budgets, and driving continuous improvement across WMS, TMS, and ERP systems while leading large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end 3PL supply chain and logistics operations.
• Manage warehouse, transportation, distribution and inventory operations.
• Develop and monitor SOPs, SLAs, KPIs and operational standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle key customer escalations.
• Drive productivity, cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Manage 3PL vendors, transporters and warehouse partners.
• Monitor WMS, TMS, ERP, inventory accuracy and process compliance.
• Own operational budgets, cost controls and P&L performance.
• Lead, mentor and develop large operations teams.
• Identify new opportunities for improving 3PL service capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and technology adoption.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements.
