Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in a lead role, IATF 16949 auditing expertise, and a strong focus on 5S/Six Sigma to reduce scrap and optimize manpower allocation.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in EV/auto fabrication.
• Lead experience (10+ years) in manufacturing.
• Expertise in tube/laser cutting, CNC press, welding, and powder coating.
