Job summary

Michael Page in Mumbai, India is seeking a senior Ecommerce leader to drive topline growth for the brand’s platforms and own P&L responsibilities. You will build and execute Joint Business Plans with partners to achieve brand objectives and KPIs across the digital shelf.

You will lead strategy for growth, collaborate with sales planning, digital and marketing teams, and mentor junior EKAMs while engaging external category teams and ecommerce partners.

Qualifications

• MBA required (Tier 1/Tier 2) with batches 2014–2016.
• 10+ years of work experience in relevant sectors.
• Experience in beauty, lifestyle, luxury goods or services preferred.
• Must have experience in managing beauty platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver topline growth for your platform set and manage P&L.
• Build strong Joint Business Plans with partners to meet KPIs.
