Job summary

Augusta Infotech in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to manage and coordinate digital marketing activities across multiple real estate projects.

Experience: 3+ years. Hands-on understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads and lead-generation campaigns, plus GA4/Google Analytics for campaign tracking and optimisation. You will analyse CPL and campaign performance while coordinating with Sales/CRM for lead quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
• Hands-on understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads and lead-generation campaigns.
• Good knowledge of GA4/Google Analytics, campaign tracking and lead-generation funnels.
• Ability to analyse CPL, lead quality and campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Experience managing multiple projects, agencies and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales/CRM teams for regular lead-quality checks and campaign feedback.
• Develop new campaign ideas, creative concepts, communication angles and digital initiatives.
• Coordinate with agencies, designers, developers and internal stakeholders for timely execution and approvals.
• Manage social media publishing and brand consistency across digital platforms.
• Maintain project-wise performance reports, campaign trackers and key action items.
