Job summary

Sugam Homes in India seeks an experienced Land Acquisition Leader to head sourcing, evaluation and closure of strategic land deals in Kolkata and West Bengal.

You will build landowner networks, negotiate JD, JV, DMA and outright deals, assess feasibility and commercial viability, coordinate due diligence and close transactions, and develop a long-term land pipeline for growth.

Qualifications

• 12–20 years’ relevant experience required.
• Proven land acquisition track record.
• Strong industry network essential.
• Kolkata and West Bengal experience mandatory.
