Job summary

Casagrand is seeking a Land Acquisition professional with 3+ years of real estate experience to identify, evaluate, and acquire land parcels for residential and commercial projects in Chennai and other locations. The candidate should have solid knowledge of RERA, due diligence, title verification, and regulatory approvals.

You will manage end-to-end acquisition, negotiate with landowners and brokers, coordinate with legal teams and authorities, maintain project records, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Land Acquisition within the Real Estate industry.
• Strong understanding of RERA, land acquisition processes, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
