Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead Greenfield land acquisition and government leasing initiatives, for industrial projects.

The role requires strong expertise in identifying industrial land opportunities, evaluating commercial viability, managing government liaising, and supporting strategic decision-making for project investments.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Land Identification & Acquisition (Greenfield Focus)

• Identify and evaluate land parcels based on project requirements (location, infrastructure, regulatory feasibility).
• Conduct land due diligence including title verification, zoning checks, and ownership validation.
• Manage end-to-end land acquisition process, including negotiations, documentation, and closure.

2) Government Leasing & Leasing

• Handle government land allotment and leasing processes with industrial authorities (e.g., MIDC, RIICO, UPSIDA, GIDC, KIDC etc.).
• Liaise with government departments, local authorities, and regulatory bodies for approvals and to ensure compliance and regulatory fretworks norms.
• Perform location analysis considering logistics, infrastructure, labour availability, and cost factors.
• Identify risks and provide recommendations on site selection and investment viability.

3) Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, brokers, and internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and government bodies.
