Job summary

Vbeyond Corporation is seeking a senior leader to driveThird-Party HRO operations and end-to-end H2R processes for ANZ clients from Noida. You will oversee payroll, employee lifecycle, and major transformation initiatives while guiding large teams to deliver high-quality service and operational excellence.

The role focuses on automation and AI/GenAI-driven improvements to enhance productivity and outcomes within ANZ engagements, requiring shift readiness for ANZ hours. Location: Noida only.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with strong experience in Third-Party HRO/ BPO operations.
• Experience managing ANZ operations or clients essential.
• Strong understanding of ANZ Payroll and Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Experience in Transition and Transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record in automation and AI/GenAI-driven transformation.
• Internal Shared Services experience will not be considered.

Job Description HRO Operations Leader

We are looking for a senior leader with strong experience in Third-Party HRO Operations to lead end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations for the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations.
• Oversee key processes including Payroll, employee lifecycle management, Transition and Transformation.
• Manage service delivery and build strong relationships with ANZ clients and stakeholders.
• Drive large-scale transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Leverage AI/GenAI-led solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.
• Lead large-scale teams and ensure operational excellence and service delivery.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in Third-Party HRO/BPO operations is mandatory.
• Experience managing ANZ operations or clients is essential.
• Strong understanding of ANZ Payroll and Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Experience in Transition and Transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record in leading automation and AI/GenAI-driven transformation.
• Candidates with only Internal Shared Services experience will not be considered.
• Comfortable working in ANZ shifts.
