Job summary

ALPAULS, Mumbai, seeks an experienced Head HR & Admin to lead recruitment at Head Office and implement HR policies across the organization. You will drive payroll, attendance, and compliance while shaping performance, engagement, and training programs.

The role requires extensive experience in corporate and factory HR, a strong grasp of labor laws, and the ability to manage labor relations and reporting across sites. Willingness to travel to Boisar plant is expected.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR with 12+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in corporate HR and manufacturing/factory HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance.
• Experience with payroll processes and HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding of Head Office employees.
• Implement and administer HR policies and procedures.
• Manage performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate payroll processing and monitor employee attendance.
• Plan and implement training & development initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
• Prepare and monitor HR MIS, reports and HR analytics.
• Hands-on experience in Payroll, PF, ESIC, Bonus & Gratuity.

Key Skills Required:

• Candidates should have exposure to Corporate HR as well as Manufacturing/Factory HR operations.
