Job summary

ALPAULS in Mumbai seeks an experienced Head HR & Admin to lead corporate HR and factory HR operations at our Mahim West location. The role demands strategic HR leadership with a strong grasp of labour laws and payroll processes, and willingness to travel to the Boisar plant as needed.

Candidate should have MBA/PGDM in HR with 12+ years of experience, ability to implement policies, manage recruitment, payroll, compliance, and HR analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in HR leadership in corporate and manufacturing HR.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is required.
• Exposure to payroll, compliance, and HR policies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding of Head Office employees.
• Implement and administer HR policies and procedures.
• Manage performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate payroll processing and monitor employee attendance.
• Plan and implement training & development initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
• Prepare and monitor HR MIS, reports and HR analytics.
• Hands-on experience in Payroll, PF, ESIC, Bonus & Gratuity.
