• Must have exposure to both Corporate HR and Plant HR roles
• Drive strategic HR initiatives and partner with business leaders across multiple plants.
• Lead and strengthen PMS, OD, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement.
• Ensure robust IR/ER practices, labour law compliance, and industrial harmony.
• Manage statutory compliances and liaison with government and local authorities.
• Drive contemporary HR practices, HR digitization, and culture-building initiatives.
• Partner with Plant HR teams and provide guidance on complex HR and IR matters.
• Manage key stakeholders across functions and locations.
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Excellent English verbal and written.
• Experience in core HR-Employee HR life cycle
• Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
