Job summary

HappinessCue is seeking a Head of Events to own event strategy, client leadership, commercial performance and delivery teams. You will work with internal teams, external partners and senior stakeholders to move priorities forward and turn plans into measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 10–14 years of relevant experience, with hands-on exposure to events strategy, P&L and client leadership, and a proactive ownership mindset enabling strategic execution.

• 10–14 years of relevant experience in events or related field.
• Experience with P&L and client leadership is essential.
• Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives.
