Job summary

You will craft branding, pricing strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, while shaping budgets and hiring plans for the department in a dynamic educational setting.

Qualifications

• 12-18 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
• MBA/PG in Marketing or equivalent.
• Experience leading marketing campaigns and teams, preferably in education sector.

Responsibilities

• Craft strategies for Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative teams.
• Prepare and manage budgets for the Marketing department (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Set, monitor and report on team goals.
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
• Ensure brand message is consistent across channels (events, emails, web pages, promos).
• Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
• Plan quarterly and annual hiring for the team.
• Monitor competition (pricing, new products/features).
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
• Participate in quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
