Job summary

IPS Eduhub is seeking a Digital Marketing Head to design and drive the end-to-end digital strategy in Meerut. You will oversee SEO/SEM, social media, paid ads, email and content marketing to generate leads, traffic and strong brand presence.

You will lead a team, coordinate with design and sales, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights, ensuring ROI and campaign effectiveness while staying ahead of digital trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• MBA in Marketing/Digital Marketing preferred.
• Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, Analytics add advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Lead and manage channels such as SEO & SEM, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Email Marketing, Content Marketing.
• Plan and manage digital campaigns to drive leads, traffic, and brand awareness.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns.
• Manage budgets, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team.
• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams.
• Oversee website performance, landing pages, and conversion funnels.

Experience

• 2–4 years in leadership/managerial role
