Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor multiple warehouse construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
• Regularly visit project sites and review progress, quality, safety, and timelines.
• Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, BOQ, billing, and variations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for procurement and project execution.
• Identify and resolve construction-related issues and delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and review project MIS and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure smooth project completion and handover.
