Role Overview:

As the 'Head - CMD Office', you will serve as a strategic partner to the C-suite, combining high-level executive support along with driving strategic initiatives, analyzing performance metrics to shape business decisions, and flawlessly managing complex executive schedules, calendars, and global travel arrangements to optimize leadership productivity.


Key Responsibilities:


  • 1. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and oversee all executives within the CMD Office, delegating tasks, ensuring seamless workflow, and maintaining high performance across daily operations.

  • 2. Business Analysis & Metrics: Analyze operational performance data, market trends, and financial reports to generate actionable insights, dashboard metrics, and comprehensive business reports for the CMD.

  • 3. Strategic Inputs & Decision Support: Provide data-driven recommendations and strategic inputs for corporate projects, policy formulation, and business expansion initiatives originating from the CMD Office.

  • 4. Executive Calendar Management: Manage complex, dynamic calendars for the CMD, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts, prioritizing meetings, and aligning commitments with organizational strategic priorities.

  • 5. Extensive Global Travel Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage extensive domestic and international travel arrangements - including complex multi-destination itineraries, logistics, and high-level prep - accompanying the CMD.

  • 6. Meeting & Board Governance: Coordinate high-level meetings, board sessions, and leadership reviews managed by the CMD Office, including preparing agendas, briefing packages, recording minutes, and tracking action items.

  • 7. International Stakeholder Engagement: Engage continuously and build strong relationships with external international C-suite stakeholders, partners, and investors on behalf of the CMD Office.

  • 8. Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central communication bridge between the CMD Office, internal department heads, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of leadership directives.

  • 9. Project & Task Management: Oversee strategic projects assigned directly by the CMD, tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables across various organizational departments through the team.

  • 10. Confidential Information Handling & Process Improvement: Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive corporate data and international strategic plans while identifying bottlenecks to enhance organizational efficiency.


Qualifications & Requirements


  • 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Management, or a related field (Master's degree / MBA is strongly preferred).

  • 2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience working in a C-suite environment (specifically within a Chairman & Managing Director's Office or similar leadership office) in a combined executive leadership, business analysis, or Chief of Staff role.

  • 3. Analytical & Technical Skills: Exceptional proficiency in business analysis, financial data interpretation, metrics tracking, and advanced dashboard/reporting tools.

  • 4. Absolute discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive corporate data, high emotional intelligence, flawless organizational skills, and superior cross-cultural written and verbal communication.
