Job summary

Sagenext Infotech seeks a hands-on business operations leader to work directly with the CEO, drive company-wide execution, operational efficiency, and growth from the Founder’s Office.

You will lead priorities, optimize customer support and service delivery, and strengthen sales and marketing alignment while developing scalable SOPs and dashboards. MBA preferred; on-site with remote for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Business Operations or related roles.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, cloud hosting, or customer operations preferred.
• MBA preferred; practical experience and demonstrated impact valued.
