Birlasoft is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Learning) to independently lead and deliver the Oracle Fusion Learning workstream for a US-based Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Oracle Fusion Learning workstream end-to-end from requirements through go-live and hypercare
• Lead client workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Learning components (Catalogs, Items, Courses, Specializations, Communities, Assignments, Recommendations, Certifications)
• Design compliance training, role-based learning paths, and employee development programs
• Support integrations with Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, OTL and third-party providers
• Provide data migration, reporting, dashboards, analytics, testing, and deployment support
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities
• Collaborate with technical, reporting, integration, and project teams to ensure delivery
• Provide user training and solution documentation

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Learning module) to independently lead and deliver the Oracle Fusion Learning module for Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. The selected candidate will serve as the primary Learning SME and will be responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

In addition, the consultant will support Oracle Redwood adoption initiatives to enable Oracle HCM's AI Agents across HCM business processes.

Key Responsibilities And Skills Required

Learning Workstream Ownership

• Independently own and lead the Oracle Fusion Learning workstream from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare, serving as the primary Learning SME for the project.
• Lead client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions.
• Act as the primary functional advisor for Learning and Development processes and Oracle leading practices.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Learning including Learning Catalogs, Learning Items, Courses, Specializations, Learning Communities, Learning Assignments, Learning Recommendations, Certifications, Compliance Training, Learning Approvals and Security
• Design and configure compliance training, certification programs, mandatory training requirements, role-based learning paths, and employee development programs.
• Support integrations involving Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, OTL, and third-party learning providers as required.
• Provide functional expertise to support data migration, reporting, dashboards, analytics, testing, and deployment activities.
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, and hypercare support activities.
• Collaborate with technical, reporting, integration, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide user training, solution documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Redwood Process Enablement

• Support Oracle Redwood adoption initiatives across Learning and broader HCM business processes.
• Analyze existing HCM processes and recommend Redwood-enabled user experiences and transactions.
• Assist business teams with Redwood readiness assessments, testing, deployment planning, and user adoption activities.
• Support process modernization initiatives leveraging Oracle Redwood capabilities.

AI Agent Initiatives

• Support implementation and adoption of Oracle HCM seeded AI Agents across HCM modules.
• Support testing, validation, user adoption, and rollout activities for AI-enabled HCM capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Fusion Learning Certification.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll or Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).

Summary

This role requires an individual who can independently own and deliver the Oracle Fusion Learning workstream end-to-end for a US-based implementation while supporting Oracle Redwood process enablement and seeded Oracle HCM AI Agent initiatives across the HCM landscape. Knowledge of Oracle Payroll or Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) is preferred to support cross-functional HCM processes.
